Off Script AB, organization no. 559251-7006 operates the offscript.io Web site and related pages. Via the website, goods and services can be purchased from other companies that have chosen to sell their goods and services via the website.When you shop via Off Script, you can contact Off Script's customer service, and payments are made via the payment solutions offered on the website.

1. General

1.1 These general terms and conditions (the "Terms") apply when you as a consumer (the "Customer") use, or place an order, via the Website.

1.2 By the moment of transaction, Off Script takes over the goods title ownership at the point of the sales transaction and acts as the seller on behalf of the brands connected to Off Script's platform (merchants).

1.3 In accordance with Swedish law, Off Script can not accept credit purchases for persons under 18 years of age. If a customer is under 18 they can purchase via their debit card.

1.4 Off Script reserves their right to inform about products being out of stock after a purchase has gone through, as well as any image and writing errors on the website, such as errors in product description or technical specification, incorrect prices and price adjustments (such as changed prices from suppliers, currency changes) or incorrect information regarding whether an item is in stock. Off Script and the merchants selling via Off Script has the right to correct any such errors and to change or update the information at any time. Image information on the website is for illustrative purposes only. Such illustrations cannot be guaranteed to reflect the number of items the customer receives or the exact appearance, features or origin of the item. Off Script is not responsible for information on the website that comes from affiliates or third parties.

1.5 The Website is owned by Off Script. Trademarks, company names, product names, images and graphics, design, layout and information about goods, services and other content may not be copied or used without the approval of Off Script.

2. Agreement and Order

2.1 In order to make a purchase via the Website, the Customer must accept the Terms. By accepting the Terms, the Customer undertakes to comply with the Terms in their entirety, and agrees that he has read the information about personal data and consented to the use of personal data and cookies in accordance with Off Script's Privacy Policy.

2.2 When you order via Off Script, Off Script will send a notification that the order has been placed. An order confirmation will then be sent to you, from the brand that sends the product, within 24 hours (some delay may occur during weekends and holidays) after you have placed your order on Off Script. If for any reason the item cannot be shipped, you will be informed of this as soon as possible. If we have already received payment for such an order, we will refund the amount in question using the same payment method as at the time of purchase, given that this is possible. If for any reason the refund has to be made in another way, we will contact you to ensure that the refund can be made. You need to enter a correct email address and inform Off Script if your email address changes. Off Script reserves the right to send a request for payment to your email address.

3. Customer information

3.1 Off Script recommends that the Customer creates a user account before the Customer purchases on the Website. When the Customer registers his user account and / or has to complete an order, the Customer will be asked to provide certain personal information. The Customer confirms that the information filled in is correct and complete and the customer is responsible for incorrectly filled in information. Information about Off Script's processing of personal data can be found in Off Script's Privacy Policy.

3.2 The Customer undertakes to ensure that no one other than the Customer can use the Customer's login information. The customer may not disclose the username and password of any unauthorized person and must ensure that the document with information about the username and password is stored in such a way that the unauthorized person cannot access the information. The Customer must immediately notify Off Script if it can be suspected that an unauthorized person has gained access to the Customer's password. The customer is responsible for all purchases made with his login details if such notification has not been made.

3.3 If Off Script suspects that the Customer is abusing their user account or violates the terms, Off Script has the right to suspend the Customer.

4. Prices, fees and payment

4.1 When ordering via the Website, the prices stated on the Website apply. Prices are stated in Swedish kronor and include VAT. Prices do not include payment and shipping fees, which are stated separately.

4.2 The customer can pay in the manner specified on the Website. Off Script has the right to charge the Customer already in connection with the order, unless invoice payment or other similar payment method is chosen by the Customer. In the case of invoice payment or partial payment, a credit report may be made. In such a case, the customer will be informed of this. Off Script reserves the right to not always offer all payment methods and to change payment methods if what the Customer has chosen for any reason does not work at the time of purchase or the Customer is not approved for the chosen payment method.

5. Promotions and offers

Off Script may from time to time offer promotions on the Website which may have more favorable terms than those set here in the terms, for example concerning payment or extended right of withdrawal. These more favorable terms apply as long as the promotion is active. Off Script and the brands selling via Off Script reserves the right to revoke such promotions at any time. Upon termination or revocation of a promotion, these Terms apply without modification.

6. Delivery and transport

6.1 By the moment of transaction, Off Script takes over the goods title ownership at the point of the sales transaction and acts as the seller on behalf of the brands connected to Off Script's platform.

6.2 The products are delivered directly from the brands selling via Off Script. The brands will confirm and send your order as soon as possible. Normally you will receive your delivery from the Seller within 3 to 5 working days from the time you receive your order confirmation, unless otherwise agreed upon.

6.3 The expected delivery time of the product is stated on the order confirmation that you receive from the brands, and can also be seen in the checkout and / or on the relevant product page on the Website. In case of delivery delay, you will be notified of this and will be able to continue to monitor the order via Off Script.

6.3 If packages are to be redeemed, the Customer must do so within the time specified in the notification. Packages must normally be picked up in person with valid identification and package. The customer always receives a notification that shows where and when packages are to be picked up, from Off Script or/and from the brand that is shipping the product. Notification can be made via email, regular mail and if the customer has provided a mobile number, also via telephone call or SMS.

7. Right of withdrawal

7.1 When purchasing goods on the Website, a 14-day right of withdrawal applies in accordance with current consumer protection legislation. This means that the Customer has the right to cancel his purchase by notifying this within 14 days of the Customer or the Customer's representative receiving the ordered item (the withdrawal period).

7.2 The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following types of goods:

• (a) goods which have been manufactured in accordance with the Customer's instructions or which have otherwise been given a clear customized and personalized touch;
• (b) goods with a broken seal that cannot be returned due to health or hygiene reasons (eg underwear, swimwear, in-ear headphones, cosmetic and hygienic products such as make-up and hair care, hair extensions, hair dryers, shavers, electric toothbrushes, scales, heating pads), foot baths and similar products);
• (c) a product that can rapidly deteriorate or become obsolete (eg food or medicine);
• (d) audio or video recordings (for example, a CD) or computer programs with a broken seal; or
• (e) digital content (for example, computer programs, applications, games, music, videos or texts where access is by downloading from or streaming).

7.3 When the right of withdrawal does not apply, the Customer receives clear information about this. Customers may not break the seal if they wish to be able to exercise their right of withdrawal. The right to withdraw the purchase hence disappears when the Customer breaks the seal. Sealing also includes technical sealing (for example serial number).

7.4 If the Customer wishes to cancel a purchase made via the Website, the Customer must, before the withdrawal period has expired, send a clear and unambiguous message to Off Script in the manner specified here. The customer must enter his name, address, order number, invoice number and name of the item in the message.

7.5 When exercising the right of withdrawal, the Customer pays the return shipping, unless otherwise stated. The Customer is responsible for the condition of the goods once the Customer has received them, and during the return shipping unless otherwise agreed on. The customer's liability ceases when Off Script has received the return. The item must be returned within 14 days from the date the notice of exercise of the right of withdrawal was submitted to Off Script. The product must be sent well packaged, in good condition and in its original box. Returns must be made to the brand according to the methods and instructions stated in the order confirmation.

7.6 Sometimes the Seller may offer free returns for certain goods. If free return applies, you will see it either on the return label or in the order confirmation sent by the brand.

7.7 When the Customer regrets his purchase, the amount paid by the Customer for the goods is paid back to the Customer, including delivery costs. Exceptions apply to any additional delivery costs as a result of the Customer choosing a delivery method other than the standard delivery offered. When returning parts of an order, the delivery cost will only be refunded for the specific goods shipped.

7.8 Off Script shall repay the amount as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 days from the date on which goods were returned, and the return was confirmed. Customers should keep documentation of that the products were returned to simplify for both parties in cases of uncertainty. The refund will be made to the Customer via the payment alternative chosen by the Customer, provided that nothing else has been agreed or that there are obstacles to such a refund.

8. Warranty and complaints

8.1 Some of the Seller's goods may be covered by warranty. Information about any warranty period and special warranty terms for each item is available on the Website or in these Terms. Warranty for goods only covers original manufacturing defects, and thus not defects that occur during or after a personal change in the product's function and appearance, such as rebuilding, upgrading or other configuration of the product. The customer's order confirmation is valid as proof of warranty.

8.2 The right of complaint covers goods that are defective in accordance with current consumer protection legislation. Customers who wish to complain on an ordered item must contact Off Script as soon as possible after the error has been discovered via the contact information stated on the Website. Complaints made within two months of the Customer discovering the error are always considered to have been submitted on time. The customer has a 3-year right to make a complaint about goods purchased on the Website.

8.3 When the complained product is returned and the complaint is approved, the Customer will be compensated in accordance with current consumer protection legislation. This shall take place within 30 days of the Seller receiving the complaint, but may take longer depending on the nature of the goods. The seller reserves the right to refuse a complaint if it turns out that the product is not defective in accordance with current consumer protection legislation. 9. Links

Off Script may link from the Website to other websites beyond Off Script's control, and websites outside of Off Script's control may link to the Website. Although Off Script seeks to ensure that Off Script only links to websites that share Off Script's privacy and security regulations under the Privacy Policy, Off Script is not responsible for the protection or privacy of information or personal data provided by Customers on other websites. The customer should exercise caution and read the personal data regulations for the relevant website.

10. Force Majeure

Off Script is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances that could not have been planned for such as general labor dispute, war, fire, lightning, terrorist attack, changed regulatory provision, technical problems, faults in electricity, telecommunications, data connections, or other communication and faults or delays in services from subcontractors due to circumstances stated here. If the circumstance has lasted longer than two months, both the Customer, brands and Off Script have the right to cancel the purchase with immediate effect.

11. Changes to the Terms

Off Script reserves the right to make changes to these Terms at any time. All changes to these Terms will be posted on the Website. Changes apply from the Customer's acceptance of the Terms (in connection with a new purchase or when visiting the Websitnadae), or 15 days after Off Script has informed the Customer. However, Off Script recommends that the Customer stays updated on the Website regularly to be notified of any changes to these Terms.

12. Invalidity

Should a competent court, authority or arbitral tribunal find that any provision of these Terms are invalid or unenforceable, the provision shall be valid to the extent permitted by applicable law. The provisions declared invalid or unenforceable will be replaced by relevant legal guidelines and advice.

13. Applicable law and dispute

13.1 If a dispute cannot be resolved in agreement with our customer service, you as a customer can turn to ARN (the General Complaints Board) or via https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. If you submit a complaint via this last mentioned platform, your case will be forwarded to the appropriate nationally responsible dispute resolution body. This dispute resolution body then contacts relevant stakeholders and tries to resolve the dispute without interfering with the court.

13.2 Disputes concerning the interpretation or application of these Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with Swedish law.
